Gharrah International is a Kuwaiti company that began trading in the 1980s and was formally established in 2002. It operates six divisions — contracting, heavy equipment, maintenance, spare parts, manufacturing and recycling — with over 400 employees, and is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and IATF 16949. This store is operated by our spare parts division and supplies genuine and quality aftermarket parts for heavy equipment and machinery. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page.

All products listed in this store are supplied through our own distribution network. Product details:

• All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD)
• Prices are shown to approved trade accounts only; other visitors may request a quotation for any item
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Original equipment part numbers are shown for identification and cross-reference only. Those numbers and brand names remain the property of their respective owners, and their use does not mean a part is an original equipment part unless the listing says so
• Product images are for illustration purposes; the part supplied may differ in appearance while meeting the stated specification
• We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free

When placing an order or requesting a quotation through this store:

• Store accounts are opened by Gharrah International for approved trade customers; this store does not offer public self-registration
• Visitors without an account may request a quotation for any part, and our team will reply with pricing and availability
• We accept payment via KNET through our secure MyFatoorah payment gateway
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Kuwait
• All transactions are processed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD)
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing or COD confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp

We deliver across all areas in Kuwait:

• Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days for items held in stock in Kuwait
• Items not held locally are sourced to order; air-freighted parts from our overseas suppliers typically arrive within about three days, while heavy or sea-freighted items take longer
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Orders may also be collected from our premises in Shuwaikh Industrial-3 by prior arrangement
• You will be contacted before delivery to arrange a suitable time
• Heavy or oversized items may require offloading equipment or assistance at the delivery address
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight and size of the order

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Parts must be unused, uninstalled and in their original, unopened packaging
• Original invoice or proof of purchase is required
• Parts that have been fitted, attempted to be fitted, modified or marked cannot be returned
• Electrical components, seals, gaskets, fluids and items sourced specially to your order are not returnable unless faulty
• Damaged or defective parts will be replaced or refunded
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days

Gharrah International is the exclusive Kuwait distributor for more than fifteen international parts brands, including CTP, ITR, Berco, IPD, Interstate-McBee, Metaris, ITM, Eurorricambi, MTM Hydro, Seal Maker, Erkat, Komac, Metisa, CGR Ghinassi, World Gasket and MSB.

• Every part is supplied either as an original equipment part or as a quality aftermarket equivalent, and the listing states which
• Aftermarket parts are never sold or presented as original equipment parts
• We do not sell counterfeit or falsely branded parts
• Warranty terms are those offered by the manufacturer of the part supplied and are available on request
• If you have any doubt about a part you have received, please contact us immediately

We are committed to protecting your personal information:

• Personal data is collected only for order processing and delivery
• We do not share your information with third parties except for delivery purposes
• Payment information is processed securely through MyFatoorah and is not stored on our servers
• You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time

Gharrah International shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect part selection where the machine model, serial number or specification given to us was inaccurate or incomplete
• Damage, wear or failure resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or operation outside the manufacturer's specification
• Machine downtime, loss of production, loss of profit, or any other indirect or consequential loss
• Delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control

Please confirm the part number against your machine's model and serial number before ordering; our team will verify fitment for you on request.
