Valve Plate

A Valve Plate is a disc-shaped part that is connected to the barrel of the Axial Piston Pump. It serves as an interface between the cylinder block and the pump casing. It has ports that determine the flow and efficiency of the pump. As the pistons move within their bores, the valve plate provides passages for the intake (suction) and discharge (pressure) of the fluid.
